Testimonials and Reviews Policy
Apex values genuine customer feedback.
Apex will not knowingly publish fabricated testimonials or materially alter a customer’s testimonial in a way that changes its meaning.
Testimonials and reviews represent the experience and opinion of the individual providing them. Individual results do not guarantee that another customer will achieve identical results.
Apex may request permission from a client to use:
- The client’s testimonial;
- Client or business name;
- Business logo;
- Completed project images or screenshots; and
- Other approved project information
for Apex’s portfolio, website, proposals, case studies, social media, or other legitimate marketing.
Where separate permission is required by an agreement or applicable law, Apex will obtain that permission.
Apex will not contractually prohibit a customer from expressing an honest opinion about Apex’s services.
If a testimonial contains a material claim that Apex knows is false or misleading, Apex may decline to publish it or may request factual clarification.
Any material incentive offered specifically in exchange for a testimonial, endorsement, or review should be appropriately disclosed where required.
